The rock bottom Leicester City host improved at Manchester United as pressure from Brendan Rodgers slammed the transfer window on Thursday as Eric ten Haag began tuning his troops. The Foxes have lost three in a row while the Red Devils have won their last two in the Premier League. Leicester: Three consecutive losses and the departure of Wesley Fofana to Chelsea had a poor start to the season. Rodgers has a job to avoid being the next manager under pressure following Scott Parker’s dismissal and the ability to reinvest much of the Fofana fee won’t help. Wout Faes of Stade de Reims has been targeted, but if it does, he will not arrive in time for it.
United: Although Cristiano Ronaldo’s situation is not resolved on its own, Ten Haag is pushing for his plans to replace his squad and Antony is the latest part of it after agreeing a deal with AFC Ajax. Sergio Dest was a target, but now Aaron van Bisaka is unlikely to stop.

Pick: A narrow United win makes sense here. Leicester should struggle a bit but they are on the bottom tier and Brighton and Hove Albion as well as Aston Villa already look like important fixtures in their bid to turn things around. United’s goal win for both teams will come as no surprise.
